In this piece, tried out a different drawing technique. I drew the whole piece with one type of transparent marker, which gave the illustration a different feel, and interesting textures. I will experient more with this technique. I wanted one goofy smaller dragon, and one big mysterious. I made the goofy dragon similar to a duck, which meant I could add the pond he is in. I added a few of the frogs I love making, to bring more life to the illustration. I tested a lot of different colours in this piece, which you will see in the video. I tried to have the whole piece, but in the end ended up with having just the top half redder and the bottom half more clear and saturated colours. This gave a feeling of the sun just going down.
