As you can see, this isn't really Philbert. But, this is a girl I wanted to add to his universe. Her name is Pepper, and she is a novice witch, who has a passion for engines and technology. She is an archer, and drives a moped instead of a broom.
This was my rawing progress for this image, first of all I sketched the bike out from the reference (below), then slowly put together a sketch for the girl. I sketched in some colours, and and then went over and redid all the lines and colours, and added the background.
For her bike, I used this reference.
