You might have seen the sketch of this in my last post, but here is the finished version ! I really like the colourscheme I chose for this image, it looks very magical even if theres not a lot of magic going around. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. I like the structure, the natural movement of the painting.
Inspiration:
The little fairy has obvious inspiration from the The legend of Zelda-series. I tried to change it to something else, but it just worked so much better like that.
I think the rocket can be inspired by many things, but one noteworthy example is the firework scene from Anohana: the flower we saw that day. The scene can be seen below.
